Morpheus8 is a fractional RF device with programmable penetration depth and energy delivery for treatment of fine lines & wrinkles, acne scars, and general skin tone. The 24 coated pins penetrate into the subdermal tissue, coagulating the fat and contracting connective tissue and fat to tighten and rejuvenate the treating area.

PRIOR THE TREATMENT:
The doctor will review your medical history to ensure you are suitable for the treatment, medically examine treating areas to determine treatment sites and explain the procedure, after care, all possible complications and how to avoid prior the treatment
THE TREATMENT:
The 30-minute procedure is simple, safe and causes minimal discomfort and minimal downtime for patients in the doctor’s clinic. Numbing cream and potentially local anaesthetic injection will be applied to the treatment area for additional comfort. After a small local anaesthetic, the doctor will apply the Morpheus8 applicator 1-3 passes on the skin at treating areas. The 24 coated pins at the applicator will penetrate into the subdermal tissue, coagulating the fat and contracting connective tissue and fat to tighten and correct lines and wrinkles on the areas.
The Morpheus8 skin tightening treatment can be used as a single treatment or combined with another procedure (Dermal Filler, Botulinum toxin etc)
POST TREATMENT CARE:
Patients must not touch or apply anything on the treated area for 12 hours after the injection in order to prevent infection. Specific after care instructions will be provided during your visit by our Clinic Coordinator
As with any cosmetic treatment, some slight swelling, redness or bruising may sometimes be observed, but these effects disappear within a couple of days. Commonly skin may feel tight immediately after treatment.
Visible results can be seen within a few days after the treatment , but typically after three weeks the most noticeable results appear as the process of collagen and elastin production to tighten the area naturally take a few weeks to complete. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.
Depending on the severity of the problems. Typically 1-3 session, 4-6 weeks apart needed. The doctor will discuss number of treatment with you at your consultation.
Avoid touching and applied any cream or makeup on the treated areas for 12 hours. After that patients should moisturise the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure.
Make up can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment. Patients should expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness for up to 1 week depending on treatment parameters.
