  • Is there any aftercare guidance I should follow after having dermal fillers?

    To ensure you get the best results, please adhere to the following precautions:

    • Do not consume excessive amounts of alcohol for 24 hours.
    • Do not do any aerobic exercise for 24 hours.
    • You can apply arnica or ice to any swelling or bruising.
    • Mineral based make up may be applied directly after the procedure.
    • Do not touch the area directly for the first 4 hours to keep it clean.
    • You may gently massage the area using clean hands/cloth.
    • You may have swelling/bruising/slight lumpiness after the procedure. This can take up to 2 weeks to self settle.
    • Avoid sun beds and saunas for 4 days after treatment.

    Results last around 6-18 months depending on materials and site injected.

  • Are there any guidelines I should follow after having anti-wrinkle injections?
    • After your treatment, it is expected you will see an improvement within 3-5 days.
    • The full result may be judged at 2 weeks.
    • You may be invited for a review at 2/3 weeks where your treatment will be assessed.
    • For the first 20 minutes, you may experience redness/swelling at the injection site.
    • For the first hour, keep the targeted muscles active e.g. keep smiling/frowning etc.
    • For the first 4 hours, avoid vigorous exercise, extremes of hot/cold and lying down.
    • For the first 24 hours, avoid facials and sun beds.
    • You can apply arnica or ice to any swelling or bruising.
    • Results last around 3/4 months and movement begins to recover at 8 weeks.
  • Where is my order?

    Chloë Loves Organics® skincare orders generally take 2-3 business days to process in our distribution centre, but there are rare occasions during busy periods when processing can take a little longer.

  • Who can be a wholesaler and distributor of Chloë Loves Organics® skincare products?

    If you own a beauty or hairdressing salon, a retail store, or have an established beauty ecommerce site, then you can apply to become a wholesaler or distributor by clicking here.

  • My product status on back order, what does this mean?

    Back-ordered products have been so popular that they have currently sold out. We will inform you before you purchase if this is the case and give you an approximate time for when these products will be back in stock.

    You can still place an order and you will be placed on a waiting list. Your product will be delivered as soon as we get additional stock.

  • Are your products non-toxic?

    Our Chloë Loves Organics® skincare products are gluten free, non-toxic, paraben free, and formaldehyde free. If you have a specific allergies and want to know a full list of ingredients, then please get in touch.

  • Do you test your products on animals?

    We do not test any of our products on animals and we ensure that all of the ingredients we use use are also not tested on animals. We are proud to be a cruelty-free brand.

  • I have sensitive skin, can I still use your skincare products?

    All of our products are non-toxic, gluten free, non-toxic, paraben free and formaldehyde free, which means they are suitable for sensitive skin types.

    We recognise that everyone is different, so we do always advise that you perform a patch test to see if your skin has any irritation. If you do feel irritation, then stop immediately. If any product does go in the eye, rinse the eye for effective removal and always remove product thoroughly after use.
